Attendance Requirement: Participants must be present at the 2025 Senior Grad Night event at the time of the raffle drawing to be eligible to win.

Yes. Parents interested in attending Grad Night will be required to sign up as volunteers. It's a fantastic opportunity to be part of this milestone celebration while actively supporting the graduating seniors and the community. Email Joanne Fiser <ycadc1@gmail.com> to register as a Volunteer.
Admission is FREE and only available to 2025 Yuma County Seniors.
Food, Snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for FREE to attendees.
We're keeping things relaxed and casual for our Senior Grad Night, so feel free to wear comfortable attire that reflects your personal style. Avoid clothing with gang-affiliated colors or symbols. This is a time for celebration and positivity, so let's keep the vibe inclusive and fun!
A clear bag policy will be in place as a security measure to enhance safety and streamline security procedures. Attendees are allowed to bring transparent bags made of clear plastic or PVC material when entering the event premises.
We are actively planning activities, entertainment, and special performances during the party. Guests can expect live music, dancing, amazing raffle prizes, and various interactive activities throughout the night.
Free parking is available in the parking lot of the Yuma Civic Center.
The Yuma Civic Center is fully accessible. We will ensure that the venue is accessible for guests with mobility issues and provide any reasonable accommodations.
Yes, we will have photographers and possibly videographers capturing the memorable moments of the celebration. However, your attendance at the event implies consent for your likeness to be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes related to the graduation party. If you have any concerns about the use of your image or footage, please inform the event organizers, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
There are no tickets. This is event is FREE and OPEN to ANY and ALL 2025 Yuma County Seniors with a valid school ID.
With parents' permission, home-schooled students may contact YCADC|YCMHC to be placed on a will-call list at the gate. One form of ID will be required for home school students' admission ie: a Driver's License or Passport.
