YCADC will provide "Yuma CARES" tee shirts at no cost to participating local organizations and businesses for all employees who participate in the fundraiser.
Businesses and organizations will schedule their "Yuma CARES Swag Days." On these days, employees and/or organizations can make a monetary donation on behalf of their employees allowing them to wear their "Yuma CARES" tee shirt instead of their usual uniform or professional attire.
All funds raised through these donations will enable the Yuma County Anti-Drug Coalition to further enhance its outreach and engagement efforts with schools and communities across Yuma County, strengthening drug prevention and advocacy initiatives.
Each organization can sign up to renew their pledge every quarter and receive a new COLOR of the Yuma CARES tee shirts! There are four colors to collect! We encourage businesses to challenge each other to collect all four!
1. Register Online or Contact YCADC to register your business or organization for the campaign.
2. Receive Tee Shirts: We will provide your organization with "Yuma CARES" tee shirts for your employees that participate. Either each employee can donate a determined amount per swag day, or the organization can donate a lump sum on behalf of all employees to participate.
3. Schedule Your Swag Days: Choose event days for your organization and inform your employees and YCADC. We will email you flyers and digital graphics to help you promote this fundraiser!
4. Get recognized: YCADC will schedule a photoshoot with you and your staff wearing the shirts. We will share these photos on our social media platforms and in the local newspaper each quarter, along with highlighting your total donation amount.
5. Collect Donations: Encourage employees to make monetary donations on Swag Days and wear their tee shirts with pride. Another option is for the organization to donate to the fundraiser on behalf of all employees. Contact YCADC for details.
6. Submit Funds: After your Swag Day(s), submit the collected donations to YCADC each quarter to support our vital drug prevention outreach programs in Yuma County.
