Observed each year from October 23–31, Red Ribbon Week is the nation’s largest and longest-running drug prevention campaign. It honors the legacy of DEA Agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena, who was murdered in the line of duty in 1985. His sacrifice continues to inspire a nationwide movement of prevention and awareness.
Talk with your kids about the dangers of drug use. Encourage healthy choices. Participate in prevention and education activities.
And take the pledge to live drug-free.

Red Ribbon Week “MAKE A DIFFERENCE. BE A HERO. STAY DRUG FREE.” themed kits to celebrate Red Ribbon Week will be available to all Yuma County Schools!
